It’s default behavior of style, because in mobile if show as you want then it’s not look good.
if you want to show is possible, but you have to write manually style for this.
There is no theme option available which provide as you want.

This issue it not comes form theme, it’s comes form any of your plugin or customization in style.
Check below screenshot, in header set height of 70px, it’s issue. Find this style and remove then after all working perfect.
