    Please remove style which I send you last time,
    Add below style in custom css option:

    .title-container #tagline {
    position: relative;
    text-align: center;
    }

    Our developer find issue in custom css.
    Please check below css is comes from your theme, if you added in custom css please update as per requirement. it is making issue in footer links.
    In default theme this style is not included.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 500px) {
    #bootstrap-slider .layout-center, span {
    padding-bottom: 0px;
    }
    }

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1000px) {
    #bootstrap-slider .layout-center, span {
    padding-bottom: 150px;
    }
    }

    Add below code in your custom css option, it will move your tagline to right side.

    .title-container #tagline {
    float: right;
    }
