    You can use below custom css style for customizing H2 font in the footer.
    .footer .container-footer h2 {
    color: #333;
    font-weight: 400;
    font-family: Alex Brush;
    font-size: 30px;
    }

    All icomoon icon font load in theme style.css file.
    Open style.css file on root directory of theme, find your icon font in style.css file.

    You have not described which portions is not responsive, please describe a specific portion of your site which is not responsive so that we have easily sort out your problem.
