    Hi Markus,

    Yes If you not create a child theme and update parent or core theme directly your all customization work lost.
    Always, all customization work do only child theme and stay backup all customization work.

    If you backup your customization files please upload your customization file again. or If you backup customize theme folder (or zip file) reinstall your backup or old (customize) theme folder (this time rename theme folder name like evolve plus old) in theme directory with FTP.

    Hi,

    Go to Appearance and open Theme Options
    Theme Options -> Header -> Header Widgets (Choose different options)
    After that you add header widgets, go to Widgets area in Appearance. In this section, you see four Header Widget sidebar box and you add a different widget in this header widget sidebar.

    Hi,

    We have to suggest that you deactivate plugin one by one and check your problem.
    Because In our machine not generate replicate of your issue. In our machine theme work just fine.
    If you have not check plugin deactivation method kindly give a permission we check plugin deactivate one by one in your site and find that what is original issue.

    Hi,

    If you like to change position of your parallax slider Check this page options(your front page)
    Go to page(front page) -> Page options -> Slider -> Slider Position

    And if you wish to remove or move another page/post of parallax slider so check this theme options
    Appearance -> Theme Options -> Parallax slider -> General -> Parallax Slider placement

    Hi,

    We check your site and find Js conflict error in customize screen.
    We think that you added plugins js and theme js conflict each other so we suggest that all plugin deactivate one by one and check issue its resolve or not.

    Hi,

    Evolve+ and alora both theme different to each other. Both theme functionality and coding are different so anyone coding does not work to other.

    We can’t open any other your send link without wp-login details, please send wp-login details in private display. We suggest that use theme options for this time when you not able to open customize screen.
