    Hello

    As you created custom CSS for content box is correct for specific buttons.
    If you are doing color change for button then it apply to all buttons. Your snippets is perfect for content box button color.

    Hello

    You can disable social media share links using following option
    Theme option -> Blog -> General -> ‘Share This’ buttons placement -> Select Disable option.

    Which three links you talk about show in other pages, blog page and post? Share screenshot of this
    so we can give proper guide line.

    Rectangle box show while site is loading it’s style and script. Your site taking time in loading resources.
    After style load it’s show social icons no rectangle boxes.
    Here try with multiple machine showing icons in header http://prnt.sc/ebvcr5
    Try with clear your browser cache and check.

    -> For this issue, Portfolio Slug update value if not there at following path
    Theme option -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Slug in this add value “portfolio-items” and save it.

    Other way is, If lower memory then you can try with your localhost. Setup wordpress, install theme and import sample data.
    Then after upload it to live server with related changes in files and database.

    Please take full site backup with database. Using first staging site for theme update.
    When theme switch possible to remove menu and widgets, you need to set it again.
    In evolve plus many premium options available need to save it, if design breaks related this option.
    In case any issue still occur then provide us site admin details in private reply our development team look into this.
