    Hi,
    It’s not our theme issue, Autoptimize plugin is not load any CSS and js of a theme.
    So the issue comes in Autoptimize plugin, Disable and checks it.

    Hi,

    how to do the above keeping site content, without the need to rebuild

    For a query, we suggest that before a switch to evolve plus, backup your data.
    After that active evolve plus and set a theme option. you do not need to rebuild posts and pages.

    Sorry for late answer,
    First of login on this link https://theme4press.com/login/ after login download evolve plus theme.
    After download evolve plus theme, Go to your site admin panel and upload a theme in appearance theme section.
    Like Appearance -> Themes -> Add New -> Upload Theme and browse your evolve plus theme

    You go to Appearance -> Themes -> Activate evolve plus. it’s our premium theme And
    You do not need to rebuild your old content.

    We do not provide shortcode for Bootstrap Slider.
    you also use Slider Position option in page options for slider position.

    Change your Menu hover font color in Theme option, Follow Path
    Theme Options -> Styling -> Menu -> Menu hover font color

    Hi,
    Follow steps for insert a bootstrap slider on a page.
    Appearance -> Theme options -> Bootstrap slider -> General -> Bootstrap Slider placement
    In this option select Manually select in a Post/Page edit mode .
    After you can insert bootstrap slider in page
    Page Options -> Slider -> Slider Type And In this option select Bootstrap Slider
