    Not sure exactly. It seems some files were missing or unable to access and then later they became available.
    Sorry I could not help more but it was a little bizzare that it just started working after a day or so.

    Yes, I have cleaned the cache in the plug in.
    Also viewed the site on a new computer. The problem still exist.
