WP Super Cache is installed but not activated. Also, I’ve (just now, again) checked several posts where the page title isn’t displaying, and they’re all set to Show. The only way to get them to appear is to click on “Visual” and then Update.

Yes, I know that it works – I’m just wondering why it doesn’t work the same way the demo does, like this: http://prnt.sc/a48pxw This is what I expected the checkout to look like when we bought the theme.

Why are my billing and shipping fields side-by-side, with review and payment below? Shouldn’t it show each section with a “Continue” button below?

I added this to my custom CSS and it looks a little better, but is there a reason that it doesn’t function like the checkout page on the demo? Shouldn’t I be able to fill out the billing address section, press continue, go on to shipping, etc?

Great! I just wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be locked out of that option if I went full-width. Thanks for your help!

I’m running Developer Tools in Chrome with caching disabled (I cropped it out of the screenshot, sorry). I sent the link out to about six other people on various browsers and they all said the same thing.
