The problem is though, it’s great that the theme works with you, but it’s unusable for me. What good is a theme that is broken for me.

As this problem cannot be resolved, I’m going to get in contact with PayPal about getting my money back. I’ll let them know about what is going on and then they can judge if I should get a refund. I just wanted to try and get a refund through you directly so you wouldn’t have to pay a $25 chargeback fee.

I will also be leaving a review on WordPress letting users know this is a potential problem with the paid version.

sorry it had to come to this.

The problem still exists with this version, I’m not sure why this is a thing with the PAID version, yet with the free version I’m able to see the images just fine and changes I make are made in customizer, I don’t have to save, leave and come back. Rather upset that I have to essentially play the guessing game at what I’m changing. We have spent the last couple days working on this, and nothing has resolved the problem. I even installed the theme on another domain name and it has the same problems. Please issue a refund for this, you have a return policy, that if the theme is broken and cannot be fixed you would issue a refund.

    Thank you.

Yup, because the default upload size for WordPress is 2MB… I’ve gone ahead and fixed that.

Ah, forgot to add you back as this was a clean install. I’ve added your account with the same details as before.

Not currently using one, I might have used one in the past. So I did a clean install of WordPress using a new database and I just have the alpha theme installed. I also just went back to the stable theme and the same problem is there.

I also removed it from CloudFlare caching to see if that might be causing the issue and the problem is still there. I’m at a loss of what to do.

Hello, so I cleared my browser’s cache, and cleared my browser’s cookies and still the same problem. So then I downloaded another browser, FireFox, and it has the same issue as well. Then I tried Microsoft’s Edge browser and it has the same problem. So then I downloaded and installed the theme again, and the same problem is still there. Got any other troubleshooting steps? not sure why the theme works for you, but doesn’t for me. The theme is still unstable.
