    Hi,

    Check below theme options
    Theme Options -> Blog -> Posts -> Post Title Excerpt Length

    and also check Enable post excerpts options
    Theme Options -> Blog -> Posts -> Enable post excerpts ( check as Enable )

    Hi,

    Check below theme options for speed control setting of parallax slider
    Theme Options -> Parallax slider -> General -> Parallax Speed

    If you increase number count speed is decreased like 1000 = 1 second.

    Activate WPML String Translation Plugin and Go to below WPML Options
    WPML -> String translation

    find your content boxes text and translate into your language.
