First, you have to enter your username and password in Theme Update field (Appearance -> Theme Updates) after that you have to get update notification of theme.

if you want to install Theme4press Composer so go to your theme4press account page (https://theme4press.com/my-account) and download Theme4press Composer and install your site.
(Note: you can activate only one plugin Theme4press Core or Theme4press Composer )

For change button colors, follow below path:
Theme Options -> Shortcodes -> Button

Theme Options -> Typography -> Post Title & Content

Theme Options -> Typography -> Title & Tagline
