New owner of evolve + and alora. The theme has potential.

Can anyone advise to the following:
    1. How to change site width to max of like 1300 or 15000 without full width for entire site. If it is set to full width it is not responsive in design.
    2. We seek 6 feature content boxes with our images on home page of websites. However it appears to be coded for 4 in one row on evolve plus only. Seek two rows of 3 feature boxes using an image or icon.
    3. How do we change the size of heading on feature items.

We have search theme options extensively.

    Thank You

    Beth Marcon

    Hi,

Thank you very much for purchasing our product.

It’s difficult for us to provide you with any custom css solution without actually seeing your website.
You can set up a live demo site, create the mockups that you would like to have and then get back to us with the url to your mockup pages that requires attention.

    For example,

    1) We can use custom css to set a max-width to the 100% Width template of Alora Theme. In Theme Options -> Custom CSS

Please see screenshot of the result.

    2) For the content boxes. You can experiment with the Theme4press core plugin’s shortcode editor button. The button with a number 4 icon on the post / page content editor. Use that to insert the content_boxes shortcode and then we can use custom css to do some simple modifications if there is a need.

Please see screenshot of the mentioned button.

Please see screenshot of content boxes created by the content_boxes shortcode.

    3) We can provide custom css code to change any header that you want and is unable to change it via Theme Options, but we need to see your mockup.

I would suggest you setup a new WordPress installation for each of your mockup (One for Evolve+ and One for Alora), install the theme and import demo content. Then you can use the demo content as references for your project.

I think that’s all for now. Hope to see your mockup website soon, so that we can serve you better.

    Thanks!
    Denzel

    Hi,

    1) I added the following custom css in your Theme Options -> Custom CSS This will set the full width of the full-width template to a maximum of 1300px.

    2) You need to use the Theme4press shortcode manager button found at content editor. The button with a number 4.
    See screenshot. http://prntscr.com/7dq395
Click on it and it will popup with a menu for you to select the shortcode that you need.
Select the content boxes shortcode. You will see that you are able to select 3 boxes in a row.

Do not edit demo pages, leave them as an example.
I created a new page called test, with two rows of content boxes.

    3) Sorry, I do not know what you are referring to when you mentioned “the size of heading on feature items.”

Please try out the shortcodes manager, and templates..etc, get familiarize with how the theme works.
You need to be familiarize with the theme in order to design your own website. Theme Options are impossible to cover everything. Most of the elements are created by shortcodes.

Every theme is a tool and you need to learn how to use it.
We cannot be providing assistance in designing your website, we can only explain how to use the theme.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    In WordPress admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display(tab)
Find the Product Images section. You can change the image size and select whether to hard crop or not.
After that, use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate your Product Images.

    Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/80lfda

You should prepare your images using your own image editor before uploading them as Product Images. The hard cropping options is not “intelligent”, you cannot choose which part of the image to hard crop.

That’s all I can help on this issue.

    Thanks!
