I am running the Alora theme on Media temple and the site does not work after the update to WP4.5

I have another site on teh same host with the previous version of WP and it works fine…

How do I fix this? Other than rolling back?

    Thanks

I have the same problem on my site, http://www.stinkydawgwash.com/

I also noticed that the menu doesn’t show on the mobile version, and the Sticky Menu isn’t working.

    Hi Jeff,

You can use my fix posted here.
    https://theme4press.com/support/topic/wordpress-4-5-update-and-alora-theme-issues/#post-26495

    Or revert back your WordPress.

    Sorry for causing inconveniences.

My employer says his working on new theme update now and will be available soon.
He did not gave me a fix date.

I’ve applied Denzel’s fix and got the Theme4Press sliders to work. However, my menus, specifically the dropdown items, are still not showing up. Please get this fix soon!!

    Please provide your website URL.
It could be a plugin causing issue.

I have no problem with drop menu after using the fix I produce.

Hi Denzel. Thanks for your reply. The website URL is http://www.fibrickfinancialservices.com/

The dropdown under the “Services” tab isn’t working when I view it on my end via a desktop/laptop. Fine on mobile. I have the latest version of the Alora theme installed.

PS. I just updated the Alora theme to 2.7.8. The dropdown is working now, however, it appears my theme styling options for the dropdown items are being overwritten by something else. I’ve unchecked the “Disable Mega Menu” and “Disable alora Dropdown Styles” but my dropdown menu items under the “Services” tab are still not rendering the css styles I selected in the “Styling>Main Menu Colors” section of theme options.

    Hi Pedro,

Please open a new thread with your issue.
    https://theme4press.com/support/topic/theme4press-support-forums-rules-please-read/

I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Maybe all you need is a custom css fix.

    Thank you
