    Two questions please:

    1) Is there a way to change the count speed of Counter Boxes?

    2) Is there a way to get the count to count down from a specified high to a specified low number. eg 1034 down to 768.

    Hi,

    There is no way to change the speed.
    It’s possible to count down, but it’s only possible to do it from a number to 0.

    You can find the available shortcode settings in the shortcode creator (number 4 button) found in WordPress content editor.
