    Hello. I’m using Evolve Plus and having trouble with the appearance of the parallax slider on the ipad mini. I’m not sure if it’s happening with other apple products or if it’s just the mini. The background on my parallax slider on the home page only shows the very top of the image which is not appealing at all. How can I fix this so it appears the same on the ipad as it does on my android phone, desktop, and laptop? Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi,

    Thank for reporting this issue. I am able to replicate this on my localhost test site.

    In Theme Options -> Styling -> Slideshow & Widgets Area
    If I proceed to set -> Background Image of the slideshow and widgets area
    And Enabled -> 100% Background Image

    The background on iPad mini and probably all mobile safari devices does not work like the desktop. It only shows certain part of the background image.

    I will report this issue to my employer.
    Please wait for a fix in the next theme update.

    I just happened across this at the perfect time. My client views her site on her ipad or iphone.

    I am using Alora theme, and set a 100% parallax background for the title bar (all but the Home page). She alerted me that the image is hardly able to be recognized, and there is no parallax effect working.

    Will this issue also be resolved with the next Alora theme update, and in regards to the title bar parallax bg?

    My client was very excited and said it would be her favorite part…and then she couldn’t make out what it was….. Definite fix needed.

    By the way, your issue is different from Krista’s
    Different theme and different location.
