    I’m creating a client’s site, and just changed the title bar background to an image at 100% parallax settings.

    It looks beautiful on my laptop, however, my client viewed it on her ipad and could barely make out what the image was. I then checked her site on my iphone and discovered the same, as well as the parallax effect not working.

    As this title bar background with parallax feature is promoted with the theme, I would have presumed that it would be responsive (as the rest of the site is), when such a large percentage of website views are from smartphones and tablets.

    The website which is ‘in progress’ at this time, is http://creating.essentialyogaschool.com. The title bar background is ‘hidden’ on the home page, and should be visible on all other pages.

    Thank you for looking into this matter. As my client LOVES the desktop appearance of the title bar, but is obviously disappointed with the tablet view, I’m hoping the issue will be resolved quickly.

    Thank you for reporting this issue.

    Yes, you are correct.
    The Theme Options -> PAGE TITLE BAR -> Parallax Background Image ( setting )
    only works on desktop and does not work in mobile Safari

    This URL http://creating.essentialyogaschool.com/about/
    has the page title bar parallax background and it works on desktop,
    but in mobile safari it does not.

    It’s beyond my knowledge to provide a solution for this issue.
    I will report this issue to my employer, hopefully the developer is able to find a solution for this issue.
