    FYI,
    I’ve been blogging for sometime now and probably a month or so ago I started having problems with photos not showing in my posts and/or randomly showing up in my posts. I can see the alt word, but no photo https://globlametlbog.imanfiqrie.com I’ve got a lot invested and this makes me look amateurous

    I can see in the source view sometimes an extra il.wp.com before the actual source href of the original image e.g., https://il.wo.com/globalmetblog.imanfiqrie.com/XXXXXXX when I delete the il.wp.com in some places, i can see the image show up. It’s cumbersome to look thru all my posts for this… what’s going on. I have recently confirmed some SSL certificates and sites but nothing major…

    Kept digging and punched in i1.wp.com in Google and came up with this article ont he WP Jetpack

    turns out Jetpack Photon plugin tries to create a cache of your photos for a good reason and long story short creates broken links sometimes. The article above has you deactivate the plugin in Jetpack… works like a charm…
