    Hi,

    We have Alora version 2.7.7 (since the update to 2.7.7) the below is happening.

    Also, it was working before the update and we have done a theme and plugin test. After going to 2016 stock WordPress theme, it works ok.

    We can not access the customize options here:
    http://bestbeachgetaways.com/wp-admin/customize.php (it is either a blank screen or it says you do not have permission). We have cleared cache, cookies, and restarted Chrome and Firefox browsers.

    What are you thoughts on this?

    Hi,

    Your server could be lack of memory to process the preview.
    Or there could be a plugin conflict.
    There is no problem accessing Appearance -> Customize

    You should install reduxframework plugin and use Appearance -> Theme Options
