    Hi

I just activated this Theme today, to refresh an older website.
I duplicated my site without any problem, except that it looks like the links to the pictures’ database seem to have been lost in the process.

Here is what now appears on every page, whether on the site itself or in the dashboard:
    1034601502969.pmck_14_wpfb_files’ doesn’t existDatabase error: Table ‘pat1034601502969.pmck_14_wpfb_files’ doesn’t existDatabase error: Table ‘pat1034601502969.pmck_14_wpfb_files’ doesn’t existDatabase error: Table ‘pat1034601502969.pmck_14_wpfb_files’ doesn’t exist

I could not find any similar topice on the forum, so I hope that you will be able to help me out !

    Hi,

I am not seeing those error messages now.

Perhaps you have already found the cause and resolved it.

By the way, those errors does not point to a standard WordPress table. It could be plugin related.

    Thank you

    Hi
This is very odd, at it still shows by me.
Actually, I cannot make any change in customizer anymore, saving does not work and makes an error every time.
By the way, I had done the same operation with Evolve (free version) a few days ago, without any glitch.
I guess that I will erase the site and start all over again, assuming that there might have been a problem in the duplication process.

Still not working, so I decided to set up the Demo Version and then to Import all my old site’s content instead of using the Duplicate plugin, but here is what I get when trying to Import Demo Content from Theme Option:
    “Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache Server at pattymackz.com Port 80

Any idea where this could come from ??
    Thanks
    Gérald

    Hi,

Internal server error is a generic server error message.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#500

It does not provide any clue as to what went wrong.
You will have to contact your web hosting company.
Ask them to help identify the issue.
