    For evolve plus theme:
    The Visual Editor works for editing Pages and Posts, but not for other input fields that allow html and shortcodes input.
    Once I get the website setup the content will be maintained by someone who knows nothing about Web technology or html.
    I need them to be able to use the Visual Editor for the following:

    Appearance -> Customize -> Front Page Content Boxes -> Content Box 1
    I need to enter the “Content Box description” using Visual Editor

    Appearance -> Widgets with “Text” Widget (Arbitrary text or HTML) in “Header 1”
    I need to enter the “Content” using Visual Editor

    Hi,

    This requires modifications to the theme code.
    We do not provide assistance in modifying theme codes.
    We can only provide customization that can be done using custom css.

    You may want to hire a developer from http://jobs.wordpress.net/ to assist in your customization.

    By the way, text widget is a WordPress core widget, there is no visual editor for text widget.
