    I’m logged in to Theme4Press on my theme update page but it’s telling me there isn’t an update even though I’m using an older version.
    I tried doing it manually but had issues with file uploads.

    Any thoughts?

    Update: When I refresh the theme update page, it’s telling me the username or password is incorrect although I’ve just changed it so I know it’s right.

    Hi,

    I do not have access to our company server.
    I do not know if your server is blocking outgoing connection or our server is blocking your incoming connection.

    I will get my employer to help you.

    just changed your password and tested your account. It works just fine. I am able to receive update message. Please update your password and be sure to insert correct credentials.

    Still getting ‘username and password correct. You will be notified of any updates’.
    Still using previous version.

    then you are successfully connected to the server and you will get update notice soon, you can also refresh it under Dashboard -> Updates
