    Hello,
    I ve Lost button SHORTCODES.
    After updating wordpress and installing child theme for evolve+ lost button SHORTCODES…
    PLS HELP.

    And second question. Which version of EVOLVE + i have? Do i need to upgrade it?

    Hi,

    The current Evolve Plus version is 2.6.6
    And the Theme4Press core plugin should be Version 1.3.6, Reduxframework Version 3.6.0.2

    Please enable your Parent Theme to disable your child theme, if it works, then something you added in your child theme is causing issues.

    Please go to Theme Options -> Shortcodes -> Button and check that the settings are properly setup.

    Please post the page URL that you had enter the button shortcode.
    I need to look at the source code.

    Hello,
    Thanks a lot for Your urgent answer.

    i have updated parent theme. And after that activate my child theme. But there is no 4press shortcode button in my admin console 🙁
    Pls. Look at my screen shot.

    Sorry for this late reply.
    I thought Daniel is following up, since he asked for your login details!

    I had taken a look at your screen-shot.
    It’s showing the text editor, the theme4press button is on the Visual editor.

    You need to enable the visual editor.
