    Hi,

    I am unable to replicate your issue on my test site.
    My page options is showing up properly without any errors.

    You can troubleshoot by re-installing Evolve Plus theme.
    Clear any cache plugin’s cache.
    Or disable one plugin at a time to find out which plugin is causing this issue.
