    WebSite: https://hapkeizerswaard.nl/
    WordPress: after update – because of 500 error and no admin wordpress-5.0.2
    Evolve+: after update – because of 500 error and no admin evolve-plus-alpha downloaded on december 24, 2018

    My WebSite might be HiJacked.

    First I got 500 errors on all browsers typing https://hapkeizerswaard.nl/ or typing https://hapkeizerswaard.nl/wp-admin
    So I uploaded the Worpress Core and everything seemed to be OK except BitDefender didn’t ‘liked’ te site at all

    Today I found out there were 500 errors again,
    so, after Googling, I first renamed the plugin map with FileZilla; no change
    then I renamed all themes, accept the ‘core’ themes; no change
    after that I repeated uploading core etc (a); after typing https://hapkeizerswaard.nl/ in any browser I was redirected to an other site! I don’t have acces to WP-ADMIN as well

    I hope someone is able to help me out, as it is a site of a general practitioner with lots of info for patients

    Thanks for the info. As I checked your website and FTP, here are some comments:

    1. From first step, I assume you use FTP connection to your website, this is a high security issue with the website. Should use at least SFTP or don’t use FTP server at all, your passwords are accessible through internet to 3rd parties
    2. I have seen many unwanted files/folders on the server which are not default for WP installation. Did you have before some other platform or only WordPress? If only WordPress, then yes, your website has been hijacked, through the FTP I assume
    3. I don’t know how about your database, if it has been affected also or not as I dont have an access
    4. Issue looks with a permission setting of some file(s), I assume wp-includes/class-requests.php, based on the error message, as its permission values are not correct and I am not able to change them through the FTP program, I would need to connect through the SSH or a File Manager on your server
    5. This issue is over the technical support of our themes, as it’s not related to our product functionality/features, so if you would like to clean up the website this can be extra charged, if by your hosting provider or by us
