    Please check out shimmy shack.com. The header does not reduce on a mobile devise. How can I correct this?

    You’ve paid, and you’re getting your support. Send us access details to your wp-admin in a private message please – we will take a look. But in general, there are many HTML/CSS problems on your mobile version, not just the background picture. We will see what we can do, but in general, the support for the older versions was dropped a while ago – you really need to upgrade. See the other answer, please.

    Tried to update the other site I asked about and ran into problems – once you reply and I sort out updating the theme, I will do it for this site and repost the info if the problem does not clear up with the update.

    I have tried very unsuccessfully to upgrade the theme, I have not choice but to leave this as is. Please help me make this header responsive so it shrinks for the iPhone. I have this theme on other sites and it works properly. Please can someone tell me what I need to add to the custom CSS to make this header responsive. Please I really need to get this solved now.

    We offered to assist you with the upgrade. But we need the files to test what we can do about it. As for the header issue – your header IS RESPONSIVE. But you are using a background image for the entire header, which has phone numbers and logo on it. If we make it shrink even more with CSS, it will become UNREADABLE. Are you sure you want to do that? You need help from developers, not our support – your theme works fine. But we are prepared to give you a CSS code to shrink it even further, but it will look BAD. I hope I managed to explain the matter properly. Do ask any additional questions, if you have any.

    At this point that will be fine so if you can provide CSS that would be fantastic.

    Regarding the updating – that is in another post and I did not get a reply to my questions there. I will check it again to see if there is a response.
