    I’m trying to create my first website (so please be gentle) and I can’t get the menu display properly. I can get a working ‘sticky menu’ (linear style) and can manage to rearrange the order of it etc, but if I try to create a drop down menu it just doesn’t display properly !! help ….. any clues greatly appreciated.

    taken a screenshot but not sure how to ‘attach’ it to this message???

    Hi. It would be helpful to see the screenshot or better yet, the website itself. There is no option to attach an image, you can upload it somewhere and paste a link to it here. Or just paste a link to the website, which would be better.

    One of the plugins you’re using is filtering the classes and IDs in our code. That’s why the second level menu is always shown. You should deactivate all of your plugins (except for ours, they are obviously safe) and see if it helped. Then start activating them one by one and checking if the menu is still intact. Once the problem reappears, you will know which plugin is causing it.

    I’ve followed your instructions,and it’s made no difference at all 🙁

    I then switched off the plugins you recommended, and it is still the same. Is this theme capable of doing what I want or will I need to use another?

    No doubt, our theme is very capable. And what your inquiring about is very basic. Please share access to your admin area and FTP in a private message. We will find the problem.

    We need to have the FTP access I’ve mentioned earlier. Please send it over, that’s the safest and most convenient way to examine the code.
