    Hi
Don’t know why I cannot see social media buttons (twitter, Facebook, etc) in the Evolve theme Header. I’ve navigated around in circles and cannot find the solution. Any advice would be appreciated. The website is:

    Welcome

    Thanks
    J

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thanks for contacting us.

You need to enable that option. Just go to Appearance > Theme Options > Social Media Links then Enable Subscribe/Social links in header.

    I hope that helps.

Oh, I’m sorry, I was confused between
-Social Media buttons (so someone can see my Twitter page, for example), and
-Sharing Buttons for other people to post a link to my website on their Twitter page.

Is there a way to put Sharing buttons within the header?

    Thanks again,
    J

    Hi,

This is will require modification to theme codes, which is not covered in our support.
You can contact us for customization service via https://theme4press.com/theme-customization-service/

    Thank you.

OK, then the sharing buttons are on the bottom.
On some pages, when I click on the share button, the twitter icon is visible.
On other pages, the twitter icon is hidden behind the footer. For example, http://www.lubanlab.org/research/

Is there a way to fix that so that the icon is in front of the footer?

Also, the share button is not visible on my home page, even though it was activated.

    Welcome

    Is this not possible?

    Thanks again,
    J

    Hi,

You can add some margin to the bottom of you share module.
Please use the following in your Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .sharedaddy.sd-sharing-enabled {
    margin-bottom: 60px !important;
    }

    Is this not possible?

Also, the share button is not visible on my home page, even though it was activated.

Yes, it’s possible, but you have to ask the Jetpack Plugin author why it does not work on homepage.
That share button is produced by Jetpack’s share module, not a product of our theme.

    Thank you.

The margin on the bottom worked great! Thanks.

I guess I don’t understand what is Evolve and what is JetPak.

As far as the share button, is there no simple way with Evolve to add buttons so that people can share my web page?

Otherwise, for the Evolve header, is there a way to shrink the blank space between the Page Title and the menu below it, as on this page:

    Welcome

    ????

    Thanks again,
    J

    Hi,

I guess I don’t understand what is Evolve and what is JetPak.

This is quite unusual that you don’t know you had installed Jetpack plugin.
You can visit this website to understand the plugin and it’s features.
    https://jetpack.com/

    Regarding this page.
    http://www.lubanlab.org/

I don’t see any particular large empty spacing.
Please provide a screen-shot with annotation to indicate the space that you want to shrink.

    Thank you.

    Thanks so much again.

I knew that jetpack was installed but I thought that Evolve had it’s own share feature. Is this not the case?

Otherwise, for the Evolve header, is there a way to shrink the blank space between the Page Title and the menu below it, as on this page:

    Welcome

    Best,

Sorry to be so ignorant…I’m REALLY new to this.
I’m still not really sure what the difference is between a “page” and a “post”.
I have been setting up pages, not posts.
On the pages it seems though that you have the option for seeing the share buttons.
    So I’m confused.
I would like to have share buttons like those in the example you sent. Are these only in posts and not pages?
