Comment boxes do not appear on the front page but do appear on all of the pages, both in the primary and secondary menus. I changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen and the comment boxes do appear on the front page with this theme. I began using the Plugin Disqus, which creates comment boxes, and there was no change.
I am using WordPress version 5.3

Hello. The console throws an error related to disqus, we are trying to solve it but it would be helpful if you could provide us with admin access (in a private message).

We’ve added disqus on your frontpage. The thing is, that the theme doesn’t support it out of the box, we will add it in the next update. However, we would still ask to kindly provide FTP access. There are some things we have to check and debug on our website. Thanks.

Thank you. No need for that anymore, actually. In the next version of the theme, we will have a fix for everybody. It comes out in a couple of days.
