Some more problems with my new Evolve-Plus theme:

I have a “Contact” page on my blog, set up as contact template. All settings done in contact customization, including the email address where to send the form and Captcha keys. It shows the form nicely: http://gilitadas.com/blog/contacto/

But no message arrives to the supplied email address.

    Thanks. Luis.

seems like mail server is not set correctly on your server, please check here http://gilitadas.com/blog/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-mail-smtp, I installed a plugin for the SMTP handling. Could you try to enable the gmail SMTP as per instructions on the page?

Not sure why do I need that plugin. My mail server works fine, I can send and receive with normality, in fact I’m using daily that address.

Configured, but not sure if that’s what you need.

Just a fact that could be a clue for you: my blog is served from a computer of my own, but the mail server is not in that computer, it is on my ISP.

the theme uses the default wp_mail() function to send emails so there could be some server setup issues as I tested it on my server and it works just fine. From the wp admin area I am not able to find out more about this issue

If it is on my server (WAMP) I can give you access.

    Hi Roman.
Solved. Seaching the net for some php mail function help, I’ve found this:

    http://php.net/manual/es/ref.mail.php

So I tried and it works fine now.

Thanks anyway for your time and help, hoping to be useful for others.
