I have multiple “Password” protected pages for clients to access their reports. I would like to create a page template that I can use without using the copy/paste functions.

Let me better explain; I am a home inspector and for every client, I create an individual page for their home. The page contains, standard wording and a link to their report. Each page is password protected, with a photo of their home, and a specific location on my site. What I want to do and create a “Template Page” so all I have to do is add the date of their inspection, their specific report, their PW, and the photo of their home. Right now, I have to copy & paste the text, just trying to work around the repetitive items.

You might create a password protected template with the child theme, which is available for download in your account. You can learn how to create such template for example here https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/64607/password-protect-custom-page
