    Dear support,
    I have sent an email some weeks ago (Your tracking ID: FYmy9VTdt), but I cannot access the page (get erro 404) and nobody has answered my request.
    Is this service still existing? The page https://theme4press.com/theme-customization-service/ also gives a 404 error.

    I am having too many problems with woocommerce on evolve and I would like to get some help, before I decide to change templates.

    Hello Françoise,

    first sorry for the inconveniences. At this moment we don’t provide customization service. If you need to use our theme for e-commerce purpose, please try our free theme version as it’s compatible with the latest WooCommerce version. We are working on the premium version also so it will be rebuilt from a scratch. Thanks.

    I understand your late answer and I am sorry for what happend to you.

    I see indeed that the free evolve has a much better woocommerce integration the Evolve plus. That’s a very good news. I hope that it won’t be long before you update the new evolve plus.

    The problem is that the free version has broken my home page. I was using the corporate template of the evolve plus and I see that it is not supported in the free version. Any suggestions?

    Can you please provide me the website URL yet? I will try to fix some issues but not all, as I can see you are using the Theme4Press Core + Composer which the evolve free version is really not compatible. I am trying my best to prepare new version of the evolve plus, just it takes a longer time to rebuilt from a ground 🙁
