  Hi,

  We have a locked page with a PowerBI chart embedded for subscribers, we want to make it easier to read by disabling the header and menu on this page.

  Is this possible to do? If so can you please advise how I can do that?

  We’re also having an issue with our customizer where enabling/disabling items doesn’t work or appear. For example, our Bootstrap slider, I wanted to a few disable slides temporarily. When I checked the box nothing happened. I published, went back into customizer and the box was unchecked. This issue also impacts the parallax slider where all the slides are expanded and we can’t minimize them and easily drag and drop to move them around. This seems to have occurred suddenly a few weeks ago and unsure why.

Hi. Yes, it is possible to disable the header, but you would need to write some CSS for this because the option doesn’t exist in our customizer. If possible, allow me access to your admin area, give me the name of the page and I will take care of it for you.
As for the Customizer problem – there are some issues, we are currently testing the next update and once it’s out (a couple of days, I believe), the problem will be solved.
