Hello,
I sent an email regarding this issue yesterday via contact email form on website.
When upgrading theme, I should have paid for the Evolve-plus, and instead opted for the Alora. I find it way too confusing to use, switch over from, etc. I find the documentation/help on the “how tos” of using the theme greatly lacking. I want to be able to apply the money to Evolve-plus instead, since I’m already familiar with how to use that theme.
