    Hello
I keep getting an intermittent error when I click on Customise in Dashboard. I am using the Evolve Plus Child theme on this site: http://www.eastendenquirer.org (still in development).
When I click on Customise I get this error message
“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
There seems to be no logic as to when this error message is triggered, sometimes it will be fine for a while then it starts happening again. At the moment I cannot do any work on my site which is a big problem as I am doing a soft launch today.
    Thanks,
    Mark

Hello. Sorry to hear that you have a problem. What is the error, that is being sent to the admin inbox? Please paste the text here.

Hi, thanks for responding so quickly, much appreciated. I am not getting any error message sent to the admin inbox. Nothing in spam.

Then it is probably in the Site Health section. Please send me access credentials to your admin area. You can do it right here, in a private message. And while we are at it, then the FTP as well, please. I need to have a look.

Hi, any chance of getting a response to this please? My website is not usable until it is fixed.
    Regards

The email is [email protected]. It is probably a problem with one of the plugins your using, which clashes with the theme. You can try to turn them all off, see if the problem persists, start activating them one by one to see which one causes the conflict. If it doesn’t help, send the access. However, I’m not sure that we will be able to have a look at it today – we’re on CET.
