    I noticed the “Evolve” ad and link at the bottom of each page along with the “powered by wordpress” at the bottom of my pages. After paying for a premium site themes, why are these displayed? Is there an option to remove these?

    Go to theme options and change footer text
    Theme Options -> Footer -> Custom Footer
