I installed evolve Plus on my website last week and now I’m having issues using the WordPress Gutenberg editor. When I click on a block to edit it, it gets highlighted instead and I can’t make any changes within the block. When I click on an image to resize it, the cursor gets “stuck” on it and I can’t click off the image. All I can do is close the tab I’m working on.

I tried deactivating the plugins that came bundled with evolve Plus, but that did not help. When I reverted back to the free version of evolve, these problems went away.

My website is http://chestateelibrary.org/. You can see a video of the problems I described here: Gutenberg Problems

    Hello Miranda,

can you please provide WP admin login to that website? I will have a look on the problem. Thank you.

I just tested it on my localhost and it works fine. Can you please try to disable plugins one by one to check if it helps, so we can make sure it’s not a plugin problem. Thank you

I’m about to leave for the day, so I’ll check this tomorrow. Just a note – I created a new post earlier without much trouble. It seems that it really breaks down when I attempt to edit a post/page that is already published.

I was out with the flu last week, so I just got around to testing plugins. I think I found the one that was causing the problem. If it recurs, I’ll let you know. Thanks!
