    I purchased the premium Evolve about an hour ago after using the lite version in WordPress.

    The theme would not initially install via the zip upload through my dashboard. So i installed by FTP.
    After I activated the theme – my entire dashboard locked up and i couldn’t log in – i had a completely blank screen.

    I just got done with support from my hosting site – they removed the files and got me back where i had access to my dashboard again.
    They said the files had many many errors.

    I just sent an email through the contact site – I would like a refund for the premium purchase.
    Please help.

    sometimes when a file is downloaded through a browser, it can be downloaded with errors when there is not stable internet connection. please contact me here http://theme4press.com/contact/ with your login credentials WP and FTP, and I will install it for you
