Hai,
How can i change the featured image size? Its too big and is doesn’t fit.
Do you know which plugin?
Hi Joey,
You have a lot of plugins installed into your site, so it’d be the best if you follow the instructions and disabling the plugins one by one and re-enabling and check if issue is there.
Thanks!
I’ve disabled every plugin but it doesnt work. It is an fault of the theme i think.
ive instal the theme on a new subdomain and ive also the same problem.
Hi,
Your featured image on this page.
http://scorendejongens.nl/scorende-jongens/trainingspeurtocht-24-januari-afgelast/
Is being loaded from JetPack plugin’s server.
This is your image url.
http://i1.wp.com/scorendejongens.nl/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/afgelastingen-e1453574554898.png?zoom=2&resize=750%2C364
Go to your JetPack plugin settings to disable Photon Module.
And it will use back theme generated featured image.
By the way, from the theme codes I can see the post thumbnail size is
add_image_size('post-thumbnail', 680, 330, true);
This means your image will be cropped to 680 x 330 or less, depending on your uploaded image aspect ratio.
I suggest you to try and resize your image to 680 x 330 before uploading in order to avoid much cropping.
Thank you
Thanks.
is it possible to resize, don’t crop, automatically the featured image too that size? Because it is a lot of work to change everytime the image to that size. thanks
Also after disable photon and following your steps ive the same problem.
And it doesn’t work. How is it possible. ive uploaded a resized version and upload it and it is cropped.
is there any support?! Come on, i paid a lot of money for this theme and it doesnt work!!
Hi Joey,
Thanks for your patience!
In regard to avoid cropped featured image, please reduce the uploaded image size and make sure that the width and height is not more then 680px and 330px respectively. I’ve tested re-sizing into your server and achieved a look something like this: (see: http://prntscr.com/9zo983), which is not chopped off.
Hope this helps.
Thank you!
