    Where do I find the shortcode for flip boxes, or in general where can I find all the short codes?

    be sure to have enabled the Theme4Press Core plugin, then go to the page/post edit mode, click the T4P Quick Tag http://prntscr.com/6x8pce and select the Flip Box shortcode there http://prntscr.com/6x8q7x. Modify per your needs
