Hi, several of my sites use evolve plus, and all of them have problems especially when editing posts or blogs. First I thought, the problem was caused by a plugin or by some incompatibilities by several plugins (especially with the new Gutenberg framework), but I now think, it’s evolve Theme. Why: because I recently cam across the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin, which allows to activate/deactivate plugins and themes in a test mode. And there I can reproduce the problem. Please help me with my problem!
The actual pronblem im detail: when editing posts or blogs by pressing “edit”, a blank editing screen appears. Sometimes it works, but most of the time there is a blank screen or some error. Fortunately, the live runtime view works … but I already have had some really hard and teadious times, because I reset and started some sites from scratch.
Hello. Doubtful, that it has something to do with our theme. It sounds more like a hosting problem to me. But we will have a look, of course. Please send access information in a private message (Admin access + FTP).
Hi. As suspected, the general problem is not with the theme. It is with your hosting. My guess is that it is a firewall issue. Just let them know that you have a net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error everywhere. They should take care of it.
