    My WordPress program asks for a .zip file in order to upload the update for evolve.
    When I download the update from Theme4Press it unpacks the .zip file and this is not recognized by the WordPress.
    I tried to recompress the folder into .zip but WordPress says, “failed to write file to disk”
    Is there a way that I can download the update so that it is retained in the original .zip format?

    Hi,

    If you are using Safari browser, you should set your browser to stop unzipping downloaded files.

    There is no such problem if you are using Firefox or Chrome.
