    Hello,

I am trying to find a way to upgrade evolve+ from Version : 2.0.1 to Version: 2.6.8 but I don’t know how to do it.

I think I did a mistake when I installed it 1 year ago, I don’t think that I did this step:
” Once your theme is activated, you will see a link in order to complete your installation. Click that and fill in your Theme4Press username and password (not your WordPress username and password).”

When I check in the Theme4press help in this link : https://theme4press.com/docs/theme-installation-update/
they say that I can update the theme through Admin Area but I never see any indicators saying that the theme needs to be updated.

How can I enable theme update notifications ? 🙁

    Thank you

    Antoine

    Hi,

Your existing theme is too old, and it does not contain the automatic update code and settings.
You need to do a manual update to current version 2.6.8 in order to see the Appearance -> Theme Updates settings.

Manual theme update information is found at the end of the following article.
    https://theme4press.com/docs/theme-installation-update/

Please use FTP to backup your existing Evolve plus 2.0.1 onto your desktop before you do a manual theme update. In case you do not like the current version, you still have your old version to fallback.

    Thank you.
