How to remove ‘Add Comment’ section in my static home page: http://www.shukakuchan.com

I can’t seem to find any ‘comment’ code related to it in the page’s visual/text code.

    Hi Adiharono,

You can change settings from here from WordPress dashboard, you have to click on the settings like in the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/63qxgz after that you have option to show comments (Checked one): http://prntscr.com/63qxzi You simply need to mark them as unchecked and click on the save changes button.

Are you sure, you are using home page as static one?

I have unchecked ‘Allow people to post comments’ but the Add Comment box is still there: http://www.shukakuchan.com

    Already unchecked

Yes, I set that particular page as my static home page:

    Static page setting

Just got it figured out. Turns out that I have to turn off the ‘allow comment’ in the Page’s Quick Edit menu.

Go to Page – find the Page – Quick Edit – uncheck ‘Allow Comment’

Has to be done individually for each Page apparently.
