    When I try to use html formatting like bold or italic or <br> in the parallax slider text, it just shows up as plain text.

    Any ideas on how to get the html to work? Thanks.

    As any field which is available through the customizer and its output data is sanitized, it’s not possible to add any HTML tags into that. Would you mind to use the Slider Revolution or LayerSlider plugin available in your account which might provide such functionality?
