    Hi. I’m Pandri . I’m new Customer.

    1. I can’t log in to Theme Update in WordPress. I’ve change the password many time. When I log in to theme4press.com with my new password, that is work. But when I log in to Theme Update in WordPress, not working. Why?? Please help me.

    2. I’ve tried to import demo content, but not imported. Why?

    Please respond it fast. Thank u.

    Hi,

    To reset your WordPress password.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

    Your server may have timed out while importing demo content.
    Or your server does not allow communication with remote server, other than WordPress.org

    You can create a localhost on your PC and setup WordPress demo with Alora and import demo content. You localhost will not have restriction using MAMP.

    No. I mean i can not log in to THEME update in my wordpress website. I know how to change my password in wordpress. But I can not log in in theme Update of your alora. I submit my username and password of theme4press at my website, failed again.

    And I can not Import demo content on my website. I’ve tried it many time but it failed. I think that is because I can not log in to Theme update. Please fix it. Nothing to do to my website if you do not solve this trouble. Please fix it.

    @Pandri the import content option has nothing to do with the update function, it works independly. you should check if you have set the minimum server requirements to import the content https://theme4press.com/knowledge-base/
