Hi there,
I was wondering how to change the colour of the Bootstrap Slider?
At the moment its grey and doesn’t really go with my colour scheme
Hi,
You can use custom css. For example a red color background for the posts slider.
In your Theme Options -> Custom CSS add the following.
#slide_holder{
background-color:red;
}
Please see screenshot for the result.

Many thanks!

Hi Roman,
I’d like to change both if possible
Got a blue theme on my site
Hi,
Please kindly remove the Custom CSS that I provided.
My apologies. Very sorry, I am a new employee and is not very familiar with all the features of the theme.
My employer has actually pointed out to me that there is a Theme Option to set this.
In Theme Options -> Styling -> Color scheme of the slideshow and widgets area
You can use the color picker to set the color for the slide show area.
Thanks!
Denzel
Hi Denzel,
Thanks for your reply!
I have attempted to change the colour but it only changes the colour of the bar at the bottom of the slider
I would like to change the two shades of grey in this screenshot: http://tinypic.com/r/al0qbl/8
Is it possible to make the grey areas smaller so they take up around 30% of the bottom of the slider rather than 50% like it is now
Many thanks!
Hi,
Please provide your website url.
I need to physically take a look.
From what I see in the picture, it could be part of your image.
Please see screenshot of our demo image. http://prntscr.com/7co71p
You can see that it stretches to the bottom of the “learn more” button.
You images does not seem to be stretching full height.
I could be wrong, therefore I need your url to see it and troubleshoot using firefox error console.
Thanks!
Denzel
