    Hican someone help I tried to email support but a message telling me that the email has not working and I should try to contact administrator some other way, but did not say how.So here goes I recently purchased a license but the theme does not have Layer Slider or revolution slider as advertised,is that corrects

    Hi. The new version of Alora doesn’t come with those sliders anymore.

    I am having a lot of difficulty trying to get an email through to you guys all I get is the message below and no other method of contacting an administrator, this is the only way I can find…if it is read.

    “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

    I have already pointed out that I purchased Alora and the Theme is missing two sliders,from what your sales pitch promoted. That comes under the heading of “deception” or “fraud” both are illegal in any part of the world

    so with the above said can i have a refund

    Hi,

    I believe we have updated our product page properly when we remove those premium plugins from our Theme.

    With reference to this page https://theme4press.com/alora-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/

    Under that heading “Two Remarkable Slider TYPES bundles for FREE”.

    Simple Theme4Press Slider, Intuitive Elastic Slider, Integrated Support For Revolution Slider And LayerSlider Premium Plugins.

    The 2 free slider refers to Theme4Press Slider and Elastic Slider.
    As for Revolution Slider and LayerSlider, we only indicates “Integrated Support”, meaning our Theme works with both premium sliders.

    And further down the page, under the heading “Full List of Features”.
    We indicated that our theme is Revolution Slider Compatible and LayerSlider Compatible. Compatible, not Included.

    We have tried our best in presenting our product, and we have no intention to mislead.

    We have also sent an email to all our existing customers, informing everyone that we had to remove the two premium sliders from our product, and it will not be available in latest version.     Hope my explanation is clear.

    Sorry, I do not have the authority to decide on refund.

    For two days I have been getting this message when I try to email the above email address

    That is why I am using the forum to and quote “contact the administrator by another method.”
