Hello, I’ve enabled Mega Menu under Appearance->Menus->Menu Structure->Shop to display a list of WooCommerce Product Categories by selecting an appropriate widget under the Shop menu item. The Mega Menu does not display. If I set a thumbnail, it does appear next to the menu item, but no Mega Menu.

    Am I missing something?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You need to select the widget area, and this widget area needs to have widget.

    Thank you.

Hello, that is exactly what I did. I added the WooCommerce Product Categories widget to one of the widget areas and selected that widget area under the menu item where I wanted the Mega Menu to display.

I can provide you my login info if that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I mean, I need access to your WordPress admin.

to try setup mega menu on your website.

I do not need access to your web hosting account.

    Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the Mega Menu demo. I understand what you did. Unfortunately, this did not exactly accomplish what I intended. I’m trying to display all WooCommerce Product categories in a submenu under the “Shop” main menu item. The problem is that because there are about 30 product categories, this creates one very long list when the submenu is opened. I’d like to create one short and wide menu of WooCommerce Product categories that is displayed in several, equally spaced columns.

I installed the Uber menu plugin thinking that it may be possible with Uber menu, but I have not been successful.

Is there a way to do this with either the built-in Mega Menu, or with Uber menu?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

You have to engage a developer to create the feature for you.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback. I found a work-around to use UberMenu to display the product categories in columns in one submenu.
