    Hi EMH,

I hope you are having an awesome day and thanks for contacting us regarding your query.

May I ask you to try and flush your permalinks and then test to see if this has aided you in resolving this request.

    How to Flush your Permalink

Navigate to Settings/Permalinks from your WordPress Dashboard and set your permalink structure to Default then save your changes.

Reselect the initial permalink structure you previously had and save your changes once more.

This will update your permalink settings and flush rewrite rules.

Please let me know if there are any more questions that I may answer for you 🙂

    Cheers!

Thanks but this hasn’t worked. It’s also links within my text that don’t work.

    I’m a bit stuck!

    Hi EMH,

    Thanks for your reply.

We have conducted a links test on your website using various mobile devices and they are working as they should.

Can you confirm which mobile device you are experiencing this with and have you tried to test this on any other device?

I look forward to your reply.

    Cheers!

thanks I’m using an iphone 5. don’t have another to test. It’s like as soon as I press the menu button, it wants to reload the page. Other sites with similar menus seem to work ok!

My theme isn’t telling me I need to update – is this because I use a child theme?

    Hi,

Don’t think it has to do with your child theme.

If you are not able to find Appearance -> Theme Updates
Then your theme is too old.

If not, either your username password is wrong or your server is unable to communicate with our company server.

At the moment, Please download the latest version from your account.
    And do a manual update.

    Thank you.
