    On my website, it is listed as site tools. http://www.claycountyyouthfootball.com. This seems to relate in the widgets section where you can add to the sidebar, header or footer.

    you could use a plugin for that https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-meta-widget/ . ‘touching’ the wp’s code would harm your website
